One booking engine, any rental business
Totatus Booking is not a hotel-only PMS bolted onto Dolibarr. It is a generic availability + pricing + reservation engine that works for rooms, cars, bikes, meeting rooms and equipment — with the same data model and the same APIs.
Multi-property
Manage hotels, agencies or depots as separate properties. Each has its own timezone, units, rate rules and channel mappings.
Anti-double-booking grid
A materialized calendar table with a unique constraint per unit and slot. Conflicts are rejected at database level — not caught later by staff.
Rules-based pricing
Seasons, weekends, length of stay, channel mark-up, occupancy tiers — composed rules evaluated at quote time with a transparent breakdown.

On settlement, the BILL_PAYED trigger confirms the booking automatically. Staff receive a notification; the guest gets a confirmation email.
