These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website and the provision of IT services by Toutatis Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Toutatis Limited is a Bulgarian company registered at Pine Tree, Ulitsa Kosherinata, 4/19, Bansko 2770, Bulgaria, with VAT number BG207559601. These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bulgarian courts.

Our Services

Toutatis Limited provides the following IT services:

• Custom Software Development: Development of bespoke software solutions tailored to client requirements
• IT Consulting: Professional advisory services on IT strategy, architecture, and implementation
• Web Solution Deployment: Design, development, and deployment of web applications and websites
• IT Security Management: Implementation and management of cybersecurity solutions and protocols
• ERP and CRM Solutions: Specialized implementation and customization of Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management systems

Services are provided both on-site at client premises and remotely, depending on project requirements and client preferences.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment Method: All services are invoiced and payable in full upon completion of work or delivery of services. Payment must be made in cash or by immediate bank transfer.

Billing: Work is billed based on time spent on projects. All work commenced, including preliminary analysis and consultation, is billable according to actual time invested.

No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our services and the time-based billing model, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once work has commenced. All time spent on a project is billable regardless of project completion status.

Service Guarantee and Liability

Warranty Period: We provide a 2-week guarantee on all delivered services from the date of completion. During this period, we will address any defects or issues arising from our work at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, necessary access credentials, and timely feedback during project execution.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership of Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom software and solutions developed specifically for them, excluding any pre-existing proprietary tools or frameworks used in development.

2. Proprietary Tools: Toutatis Limited retains ownership of all proprietary development tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general knowledge used in service delivery.

3. Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and technical specifications. Clients similarly agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and tools.

Terms of Engagement

Project Scope: All projects begin with a clear definition of scope, deliverables, and timeline. Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional billing based on time spent.

Communication: We commit to responding to all client communications within 48 business hours. Regular project updates will be provided as agreed upon project initiation.

Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. All work completed up to the termination date remains billable.
