Time clock, kiosk & access (Totatus Access)
Employee punch IN/OUT/PAUSE with QR kiosk mode for shared tablets.
- Personal punch screen with live duration totals
- QR scanner for kiosk check-in at the workshop
- Dedicated kiosk mode — punch only, admin exit via biometric gate
- Offline grace period for QR punches when connectivity drops
Totatus Access turns a phone or wall-mounted tablet into a legal HR time clock and an access terminal. Employees punch from their device; site managers pair a kiosk with a QR code for fast badge-in without sharing passwords.
Kiosk-only mode restricts the menu to punch workflows — ideal for factory floors and retail back offices.
