What cookies we use, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, or understand usage — always within the limits described here and applicable law (ePrivacy Directive / national implementation and GDPR).

2. Cookies we use

We minimise cookie use on the marketing site:

Essential / functional — required for security features such as form timing gates and load balancing. These do not require consent in most EU jurisdictions.
Preference — language choice may be inferred from the URL path (/fr/, /en/, etc.) without storing a separate cookie.
Consent storage — if you accept or decline optional cookies, we store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage) so we do not ask again on every visit.

3. Third-party services

If live support chat (Chatwoot) is enabled, the chat provider may set cookies or similar technologies to maintain your session. Those cookies are subject to the provider’s policy. We configure EU-friendly hosting where available.

Embedded media (e.g. YouTube links opened in a new tab) is not loaded as hidden trackers on our pages.

4. Managing cookies

You can use our cookie banner to accept or decline non-essential cookies where offered.

You can also clear cookies and site data via your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect form security features.
